Feature & Follow Friday #11

Feature and Follow is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read.

Today's question is:

Q: What is a deal breaker for you in a book? For example, do you abhor love triangles? Or can’t deal with bad editing?

My answer:

I think I'm going to have to go with the same answer. Bad editing, typos, line/ paragraph repetition... It's such a shame when you come across these.

What's your answer?
Follow us and we'll follow back.
Happy Friday and happy reading!

Sarika

P.S:
Guys, I have a little request to make. Kindly check out this blog post made by Cassie @ The Anfractuous Bookaholic about a 'Long Chapter vs Short Chapter' challenge. It would be great if you could participate, it is going to be fun and please spread the word. :D

  4. Bad editing is definitely a deal breaker. I've run across books that everyone is raving about and yet I can't get past the first chapter because the editing is so bad.

  5. Bad editing is always frustrating for me and I often find that I have to re-read something to make sure it says what it actually says. Thinking or hoping that maybe I read it wrong. But I can usually get over these things if the story is completely awesome! New Follower by GFC. You already followed me.
