Aarthi Vamanan’s collection of poetry titled Naked Soul gives a slight glimpse into the mind and life of the writer with its poems that seem inspired by what she herself has been through. While this collection as a whole is filled with nice poems, there are a few that really stood out to me, like Panacea and Who Am I. A humble and pleasing attempt at poetry, this one is a quick read that is bound to leave the reader feeling reminiscent and hopeful at once. The poems are simple to follow and understand, which makes this book an easy read. Also, the simple, minimalist and elegant cover stands out as a major plus.
