Top Ten Tuesday #59

Top Ten Tuesday is a bookish meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week's topic is:

top ten books that would be on your syllabus if you taught ya contemporary 101

Here's my list-

What are your picks? :)

  1. Nice! Those are all new to me ones since it's not really my genre of choice to read. But great picks all the same! Know a few blogger friends who've liked some of these!

    Have a GREAT day!

  2. I've only read a couple of these. Here's the question I keep asking everyone who did YA lists: which, if any, of these would be appropriate for my 12-15 year old students?

  3. It seems like you have a great handle on YA literature. Great choices! I hope to see you around my blog and let me know your thoughts about Sarah Mandell's post :)

  4. I have Eleanor and Park on my tbr list.

  5. I actually haven't read any of these books before! I just bought The Sky is Everywhere for myself, so I should be embarking on the journey of that book soon and understand why you chose it. Rainbow Rowell is an author I have heard so much about and I am definitely going to read Eleanor and Park at some point!

Thank you for stopping by and for taking the time out to share your thoughts with us. We really appreciate it!
